I picked up my first camera in 2016, initially as a way to improve my training/e-learning video creation, but I quickly realized I'd also be able to take much better photos of my new son than my iPhone 3 would allow. I got the bug very quickly, starting a side hustle that same year, then going full-time in 2022. My main areas are events (non-wedding) and portraits/headshots, but I also shoot a fair amount of theater and combat sports. I'm a US Navy veteran, father of two crazy boys, and a stage 3 colon cancer survivor. I've worn LOTS of hats!
