LEWIS BISHOP PHOTOGRAPHY

Where in the world are you based? Where is the most exciting location you have shot at?

I am based in Northamptonshire, UK. The most exciting locations I have shot at are Mexico and Cyprus!

When did you set up your photography business and what genres of photography do you shoot?

I started my business 5-6 years ago, and I shoot solely weddings.

What would you say has been your most memorable photography job and why?

My most memorable photography job was when I had the opportunity to shoot a wedding overseas. I say this, as I never imagined in a million years that my passion would take me across the world.

What is your all time favourite photograph you have taken and why?

I have included a picture of my lad, as I am so proud of what he has achieved. This picture is a few years old now, but he used to be more than happy to model for me, so I could practice flash photography (The legend). I have hundreds of images of him growing up as you can imagine, but I thought I would share this one from the collection! I will be honest and say I do not have one favourite image!

Reveal one thing you keep in your camera bag that people may not expect to be there. Why is it there?

Hydro 5 tablets, if you know, you know.....absolute life savers!

What is the biggest reason you like using off camera flash?

As it makes reality looked so different, which I think helps give the 'WOW' factor to my wedding couples!

What is the best part/biggest benefit of being a Flash Masters member?

Learning from the pro's!

If you could give one piece of advice to anyone starting out on their flash photography journey, what would it be?

Take your time, and you will soon realise that flash isn't as scary as you first thought.Once you understand flash, you will never look back!
